What References/ID are required from me once I have chosen a property?

* Passport Photocopy

* Previous 3 Months Bank Statements (where you have no guarantor)

* Work reference and landlords reference

* All applicants will require to undergo a credit check

How much deposit do you require?

We require 6 weeks rent deposit unless otherwise stated, this is refundable at the end of the tenancy by us on managed properties prior to you checking out providing everything is left in satisfactory condition.

What deposit is required from me to secure a property?

* We require half a months rent as a holding deposit, this money is non-refundable should your application not be successful or should you not wish to proceed further.

Tenants Responsibilities:

* It is your responsibility to inform the council, electric and gas companies that you have moved into a property. Further, all properties offered unless otherwise stated DO NOT include any bills.

Short Term Lets:

We also offer selected properties on a short term let basis all prices quoted are inclusive of all bills and all monies are to be payed upfront, unless otherwise agreed.
